Terms of Service

Effective: May 1, 2026. Operated by TruckerProfit Inc., a Delaware C-Corp.

1. Acceptance

By using TruckerProfit TMS you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

TruckerProfit TMS is a bilingual (EN/ES) transportation management platform offered as Software-as-a-Service. Plans, pricing, and features are described at pricing.

3. Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. TruckerProfit TMS is a multi-tenant system; you may add users under your workspace per your plan limits.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use the service for unlawful freight, fraudulent rate confirmations, or to violate FMCSA / DOT regulations. We may suspend accounts for material breach.

5. Billing

Stripe handles all card processing. Failed payments suspend the workspace after a 7-day grace period. Cancel any time from your billing dashboard.

6. Data

Customer data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Backups run hourly. See Privacy.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing Law

Delaware, USA. Disputes resolved in Wilmington, DE.
