Account info (name, email, company, MC/DOT), usage data, and freight operational data you upload. We do not sell personal data.

To run the TMS, send transactional emails, and improve the product. Marketing emails are opt-in only.

Strictly-necessary session cookies plus opt-in analytics. Manage in our cookie banner.

AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, 2FA available, audit logs.

You may request a full data export, deletion, or correction at privacy@mytruckerprofit.com. We respond within 30 days.

Stripe (billing), Twilio (SMS), Postmark/SendGrid (email), Hetzner/Hostinger (hosting), Cloudflare (CDN).

Service is not directed to anyone under 18.
